While camping in Isabel Pass we take a truck hike on the famous Denali Highway starting from the Richardson highway in Paxson and make our way west to the second highest maintained highway in Alaska, the Maclaren Summit. Along the way we stop at the Tangle Lakes Campground and check out the amenities and then stop at the Tangle Lakes Lodge for some hot fresh pizza to rest after a long days drive. We finally make it back to Isabel Pass where we show the alternate way into the valley which we DO NOT recommend to take if you are in your RV.
