Rving Alaska: Deep Fried Cornbread Halibut beachside on the Kenai Peninsula
While visiting the Kenai Peninsula and camped at the Deep Creek Campground in Ninilchik we fry up some of our fresh caught halibut in our outdoor kitchen. We didn’t have a typical breading for the fish so we used some cornbread mix we had and what an amazing outcome. Although it took 2 rounds to get it right we enjoyed a very flavorful deep fried halibut for dinner. Another delicious meal delivered from the Pau Hana Disco Bistro. (Season 2 Episode 49)
