Instant Pot Butterfingers Cheesecake | E56

With our Gonzaga Bulldogs going to the Sweet 16 and beyond in the Big Dance we decided to cook up something sweet in the InstantPot. Today we change it up and add Butterfinger bits to the batter to make one tasty Instant Pot cheesecake.

I am sorry but through all the excitement we never filmed during the game and lets just say the cheesecake didn’t last long. However it turned out perfect and highly recommend making it whenever you can.
